organizing a large celebration, party, or banquet can be a daunting experience so we are
pleased to assist you in every way possible.
About Our Food
Bun ‘n' Barrel barbecue is cooked in two fifty-five-year-old firebrick pits using aged Texas Hill
Country oak. We never use gas ovens with a few wood chips - like some of our more
expensive competitors. We wouldn't even think of using artificial liquid smoke flavor like those
"fast food" barbecue guys. We've been doing authentic Texas style barbecue for more than 55
years the right way - with wood.
Our famous potato salad is made by hand, one batch at a time, using only the finest fresh
ingredients. It takes more time and costs us a little more, but you and your guests will
appreciate the results. Our ranch beans are slow cooked using our own time-tested secret
recipe. We don't take any shortcuts, and you can taste the difference. Many other side dishes
are available and are listed below.
About Our Service
Our crack catering staff is quick and organized. Once we arrive at your location, our crew will
be ready to serve in a matter of minutes. All we need are three banquet sized tables to serve
from for most size parties. We provide the rest. If you don't have any tables, let us know in
advance and we will bring our own. We strive to serve you quickly, courteously, and neatly,
and we always clean up before leaving.
Catered parties of 150 persons or more are served buffet line style without charge. There is a
$45.00 service charge for parties with fewer than 150 guests. Of course, you can always opt to
serve your own party. Most parties are served buffet line style but table service is also
available for an additional charge.

Due to fluctuating food costs and energy related expenses, it is not practical to post our prices
on our website. The current price of any of the plates you are interested in is just a telephone
call or email away. We will also be happy to schedule an in person appointment so that you
can sample our food and we can answer any of the many questions you might have. Once
your party is booked your price is guaranteed and your spot on our engagement calendar will
be reserved.
